Keystone is looking for a HR Assistant to work in our corporate office in South Holland, IL Monday through Friday.
30 hours per week.
Job Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
Track Employee Time and Attendance files and documentation Generate bi-weekly time and activities reports for payroll processing Process month end staffing, quality, and activity reports Serve as Primary Contact for Employee Correspondence and questions Process Onboarding documentation and requirements for New Hires Prepare reports and financial data in Excel and other software applications Assist the management and recruiting team by scheduling, and coordinating meetings, appointments, and interviews.
Prepare and modify documents including correspondence, reports, drafts, memos and emails Answer and direct all incoming calls Mail, scan, fax and copy confidential documents Oversee, use and maintenance of all office equipment and office supplies Receive and direct visitors Run Errands as requiredOther Duties as assigned Required Qualifications/Skills:
Some College Coursework, Associates Degree Preferred but not required.
3 years or more of experience performing payroll and HR administrative duties.
Experience with Microsoft Office Suite including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Strong computer and Internet research skillsSensitivity to confidential matters Strong communication and organizational skills FlexibilityExcellent interpersonal skills Project coordination experienceAbility to work well with all levels of internal management and staff, outside clients, andvendors.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
