Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and resident satisfaction.
Train and educate housekeeping staff on best practices, safety protocols, and infection control measures.
Manage the budget for housekeeping supplies and equipment, ensuring cost-effectiveness.
Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with cleanliness standards and implement corrective actions as needed.
Foster a positive and collaborative working environment within the housekeeping team.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in housekeeping management, preferably in a healthcare or senior living setting.
Knowledge of infection control practices and regulations related to housekeeping in healthcare facilities.
Strong organizational and leadership skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
