Responsibilities:
Navigate the steps of invoice verification, coding and processing, ensuring alignment with the company's policies and procedures Engage in open dialogue with vendors, resolving discrepancies, addressing inquiries and building relationships based on trust and reliability Conduct regular reconciliations of accounts payable transactions, exhibiting precision in identifying and resolving discrepancies Lead the team in the month-end closing process, providing accurate and timely financial information that supports decision-making Identify and implement opportunities for process improvements, seeking out automation and efficiency gains that elevate the AP function Maintain rigorous adherence to internal controls and financial reporting requirements, ensuring readiness for audits AP Analyst Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting or related field 3
years of experience in accounts payable or related finance roles In-depth understanding of accounting principles and AP processes Proficiency in ERP systems (e.
