Responsibilities:
Assist with general office tasks such as answering phone calls and responding to emails Assisting billing department with mailing and emailing invoices daily Filing of invoices Assist accounts receivable department with making collection calls Other duties/assignments as assigned Applicant Skills:
Strong work ethic Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel & Word) Excellent communication skills Excellent internal and external customer service skills Able to multi-task in fast-paced environment Strong organizational skills and with attention to detail Schedule:
